NOTICE: Online Permit Registration for NMA Peaks

This is to inform that climbers having a permit to climb peaks of Khumbu Region registered under Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) can now register their permits and declare food lists and equipment through the online permit registration form. All guides/trekking agencies/climbers are requested to register their permit online prior to their departure to base camps. Upon completion of your climbing, please visit our office at Namche or Lukla to get your garbage clearance certificate, required to get your refundable garbage deposit from NMA.

Step by Step instructions to fill the online permit registration form:

STEP 1: Login to our website: www.spcc.org.np

STEP 2: Click on / select REGISTRATION FORMS from the menu

STEP 3: Click on FILL THE FORM

STEP 4: Fill up the Permit Registration Form

STEP 5: Attach copy(ies) of your climbing permit

STEP 6: Click NEXT to submit your registration form

STEP 7: You will receive a message ‘Your Application has been successfully submitted’
